Your new account should automatically be added alongside your other accounts after 24 business hours once it is opened. If the account has not been added after this time period or if you'd like to request to have it added online sooner, you may contact our Banking Specialists 24/7 at 888-751-9000. If you prefer to speak with a Representative in person, you are able to visit any TD Store during lobby hours for help. To take a look at Store locations and their hours please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
You are also able to send us a secure message while you're logged in to your online profile. You are able to log in here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center." When sending us a secure message online, please be sure to include your new account number, so we may best assist you.
