As you opened your new TD account online at www.tdbank.com, all of the documentation was signed electronically during the account opening process. If you would like a copy of the Personal Account Agreement you may view it here: http://bit.ly/1kb17UQ.
If you requested a TD Debit Card with your new account, please allow at least 7-10 business days for arrival. Please note that delivery can vary depending on your postal office, and your card will be sent in a regular white envelope for the security of your account.
If your new Debit Card has not been delivered within this approximate time frame, you may obtain one by visiting any of your local TD Bank Stores during normal lobby hours with your valid photo ID. To find TD Store locations near you, please visit, http://bit.ly/TDStores. Once there, if you have already ordered a new Debit Card online that is currently being mailed, please ask the Store Representative to close it since it will no longer be useful once you activate the card you will receive at the Store.
If you are speaking in regard to your account number, our Specialists at the Store may provide that information to you upon request. Please be sure to have a photo ID handy during your visit.
