My fiancee and I visited a store this past Saturday to open a joint savings in addition to our joint checking that already existed. We used a check to open it (not sure if that matters), but we have not seen the account at all on the mobile banking or online banking. How long does this usually take to appear?

Thanks for submitting your question, Toni.
If you've recently opened a new savings account, this would generally be available to view online 1-2 business days after opening.
If you're not yet able to view your new account and this time frame has passed, usually we can fix this issue quickly and easily for you. If this is the case, please contact a Banking Specialist so that we can add the account to your online view. We can be reached 24/7 at 888-751-9000.
If you prefer to stop in, you're welcome at any nearby TD Bank Store location where a Representative can also assist you. Please see https://go.td.com/1f9DSJR for your closest Store and lobby hours.
Have a wonderful week!
