Great of you to stop by TD Helps, T! It will be our pleasure to point you in the right direction regarding your IRA.
Although TD Bank and TD Ameritrade share the same TD Shield, TD Bank and TD Ameritrade are two separate business entities and transactions from either TD Bank or TD Ameritrade can only be done at their respected locations. With that being said, you would need to visit a TD Ameritrade to sign your paperwork and make a contribution to your IRA. Click here: http://go.td.com/1jv67cz to ways to connect with TD Ameritrade.
We hope this helps and enjoy the rest of your afternoon, T! Take care.
