Thank you for visiting TD Helps today, Jessica. We're sorry to hear that you have not yet received your TD debit card and would like to point you to the right direction for immediate assistance.
If you have already requested a new debit card while opening your new TD Bank Checking account online, you should expect to receive your card at the address you provided via mail within 7 to 10 business days. Please note delays may occur depending on your postal office.
If your new debit card has not been delivered within this approximate time frame or you need one as soon as possible, you may obtain one by visiting any of your local TD Bank store during normal lobby hours with your valid photo ID. For help locating a TD Store location near you, please visit, http://bit.ly/TDStores. All TD Banks have an instant issue machine where you may obtain a new card seven days a week while you wait. You will walk out with a new card in your hand! Once at the Store, if you have already ordered a new debit card online that is currently being mailed, please ask the Store representative to close it since it will no longer be useful once you activate the card you will receive at the Store. Our Store Representatives can also help you enroll for Online Banking.
We'd also like to mention that you can call us directly at 888-751-9000, available 24/7, and after account verification, we'd be happy to help get you set up for Online Banking.
We hope this helps. Have a great one!
