I opened a Student Checking account in December and have not yet received a debit card. Is this normal? Or should I just open a new account?

Thanks for your question, Natalie. We'd be glad to help.
If you applied for your new TD Bank account online or by phone and requested a new debit card during account opening, you should expect to receive your card by mail at the address you provided within 7 to 10 business days. Please note that delivery times can vary depending on your post office.
If you would prefer to have your new debit card immediately, you may obtain one by visiting any TD Bank Store nearby you. To find your closest TD Store location, please visit, http://bit.ly/TDStores.
All TD Banks have an instant issue machine where you may obtain a new card, seven days a week, and you'll be able to leave with a card in hand! Once at the Store, if you did order a debit card online that is currently being mailed, please ask the Store representative to close it since it will no longer be useful once you activate the card you will receive at the Store.
If you have any questions or if you have additional concerns, feel free to call our Banking Specialists 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or visit any TD Store.
We hope this helps, Natalie and have a good day.
