Nice to see you on TD Helps tonight, Mandy! We'll be glad to answer any questions you may have about your new debit card and online access. Based on your question, it sounds like you've opted to receive your debit card through the online account opening process. If this is so, you should receive your new debit card within 7-10 business days, depending on your postal service. Please note that your debit card will be mailed in a plain white envelop as well. If you're unsure if you opted to receive a debit card, you can give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or visit any TD Bank during lobby hours. Once our Banking Specialists verify your account information, they'll be able to check to see if a debit card is on its away to your home or if one needs to be ordered. Or if you decide to visit us, you'll receive your new debit card right on the spot! Also, if a debit card was already ordered, our Banking Specialists can cancel that debit card while you're there too. Click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a TD Bank near you. In regard to gaining online access, you can give us a call 24/7 at the telephone number listed above or visit us during lobby hours at any TD Bank for assistance. Once our Banking Specialists verify your account information, they'll be able to enroll your account in online banking. If you should have any questions, please give us a shout 24/7 at the telephone number listed above or visit us at any TD Bank during lobby hours. Take care and enjoy the rest of your night, Mandy!
