It is always advised to change your passwords often. As long as you're able to log onto your TD Bank Online Banking you must first log into your Online Banking account. To change your password, please click on the "Customer Service" tab and then under "Self Service" select the "Change password" option. For security question tips and other helpful hints for answering your security questions, you can visit: http://bit.ly/1ikiYdw. You can also view and change your security questions and answers by selecting the "Customer Service" tab. Once you’re there, under "Self Service" please click on the "Change Security Question/Answers" link. It will then take you to the "Update Your Security Questions and Answers" page where you can change/update your information by selecting the "Change" link after each question.
