I am waiting for my debit cards to arrive in the mail

If you're expecting your new debit cards to arrive and they haven't, we'd be happy to look into this for you.
As TD Helps is considered an unsecure forum, we do not have access to specific account information to assist directly. But, please give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or send us a secure message through your online or mobile banking and we'd be happy to take a look at when they were sent and order new ones if necessary. To send a secure message, log into your TD Bank online profile by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've successfully logged in, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side and select 'Send a secure message'. From your Mobile Banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu. We can generally respond within 24 hours or less.
We also want to make you aware that we can print debit cards on the spot in any of our Stores! Just stop in to see us at a local TD Bank Store and we'd be happy to provide you a new card right away. To find a Store near you, please click here: https://go.td.com/1nq31dc.
