I opened up a bank account on Saturday and never received an email?

We would like to inform you that if you opened a new account via online, a welcome package will not be sent via email. If you happened to have opened the account with one of our 24/7 Banking Specialist on the phone, you should expect to receive your welcome kits via mail within 7-10 business days of your account opening date. Additionally, if you chose to receive a TD Debit Card during the account opening process, you should also expect to receive it via mail within 7-10 business days. Please note, for security reasons your card will be mailed in a white envelope.
If it has been more than 7-10 business days and you have yet to receive your welcome kits or TD Debit Cards, we apologize for the inconvenience; please give us a call at 888-751-9000, available 24/7. After account verification, we'd be happy to help! You may also visit us during lobby hours for additional assistance. Our Specialists can provide a welcome kit and also print out a new TD Debit card for you right there! Please keep in mind, if you request your card at the Store, please let the Specialist know to close the card you are expecting via mail.
