Statements are important for keeping track of your account on a month to month basis, Andrew, and we'd be glad to help you ensure this information comes to you in a timely manner.
Statements for checking accounts are released on a monthly basis whereas savings account statements are released quarterly.
For physical statements, this information is mailed to the address on file at the closing of your statement period and may take up to 7-10 business days to arrive based on your post office. When you have online statements, you will receive an email notification on the date that your statement is available online for view.
If you feel as though your statements should be available at this time or you're having trouble viewing this information online, we recommend reaching us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 so a Specialist can help!
We hope this clears things up, Andrew, and have a great week!
