I ordered 50 checks for my td checkings account. The payment was never taken from my account and the checks were never delivered. I don't want to re-order them incase they eventually show up and now I am stuck with double the checks. How do I check my order to ensure it went through?

If you have ordered the 50 checks with us directly, we recommend contacting our 24/7 Banking Specialists at 888-751-9000. After account verification, they will be happy to review the status of your check order with you. You may also visit us in person, during normal lobby hours for the status of your check order.
