If you haven't done so already, we recommend first reaching out to Ebay directly. They may have a procedure in place to contact the seller and request the item or reimbursement. They should also have a dispute process, if necessary.
If you're unsuccessful in finding a resolution through Ebay, please give us a call or stop in to see us. If this transaction has posted to your account we should be able to file a Regulation E Merchant Dispute. This will allow us to work on your behalf to recover the funds.
