they ship the products I was charged individually. They said that in their systems it only shows the 2 items shipped adds up to the total and that the bank is still having a hold on the whole total plus the 2items shipped that equals the whole pending amount. How long till u balance it out? Or do I have to come in. If this does not get resolved I will be negetative as I have other orders coming out.

If a debit card purchase is duplicated on your account, in most cases the company will only collect one charge. The extra authorizations will expire and be returned to your available account balance on the expiration date set by the merchant.
