I was charged for something i did not buy and it resulted in an overdraft fee in my account, I already got my refund form the company that charged me, is it possible to get the 35 dollars form the overdraft fee back?

Typically when you have a debit that resulted in an overdraft fee, and receive a refund from the merchant, it is at the bank's discretion and your account eligibility to receive any overdraft courtesy refunds.
We would need to assess your account directly to review this fee further. To do so, please contact us 24/7 at 888-751-9000. Our Banking Specialists are available 24/7 and will be more than happy to help!
You also have the option of visiting your local TD Bank Store for further assistance. For Store locations and lobby hours near you, please click: http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
Thanks for submitting your question, and please take care!
