Welcome to TD Helps, Albert. We'd be glad to help you with the next steps!
Since you mentioned that your previous accounts became closed due to money that was owed, you can find out more information and make payment arrangements by contacting our Recovery Department directly at 800-354-9769, or by visiting any TD Bank Store and stopping by a Teller station. Our Recovery Department can be reached Monday through Friday, 8am-9pm and Saturday, 8am-5pm for your convenience. To take a look at TD Stores near you please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Kindly keep in mind that once an account is closed, it's possible that TD Bank may turn the debt over to a collections agency. Although TD Bank does not assess a fee or interest to any amount that needs to be paid, please note that the collection agency may add on an additional charge at their discretion.
Also, as the accounts are now closed, we apologize that these won't be able to be reopened. However, you are usually able to establish a new account with us once the previous debt is paid. Once you have done so, feel free to apply for a new account by using any of the following convenient methods. We're available by phone 24/7 at 888-751-9000 to open an account, at any TD Bank Store or online at http://bit.ly/1fN7u4i.
We hope to hear from you soon, Albert and have a good afternoon.
