Thank you for visiting us on TD Helps today, Debbie. We are more than happy to provide a few ways to pay off the overdrawn balance and we would be happy to provide them to you.
You may contact our Recovery Department, available Monday through Friday 8am-9pm and Saturday 8am-5pm, at 800-742-2651 to make payment arrangements, or visit your local TD Bank Store during lobby hours to resolve the balance owed and perhaps opening a new account with us. For TD Store locations and lobby hours, please check out, http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope that you'll continue to bank with TD and we'd like to take this opportunity to provide you with details on the accounts that we offer. Once the overdrawn balance has been paid off, you may request to open a new account with TD Bank. Please visit http://bit.ly/1aDaRqd for more details or check out our Checking Selector Tool http://bit.ly/1vW1xnU for help selecting a Checking account that is the best fit your banking needs. We also offer Savings account for all of your saving needs! We recommend taking a look at http://bit.ly/1hzzhPT for more detailed information on each particular Savings account available at TD Bank. You may find it helpful to check out our customized Savings Selector tool, found here: http://bit.ly/1sxY9Rd.
Since you mention you need to deposit a large check, we recommending taking a look at our funds availability policy here: http://bit.ly/1kb17UQ to view our Personal Account Agreement (pages 35-37 for more details).
We hope the information provided helps. Let us know if you have any further questions and have a great day!
