when i opened the account online, it said i could deposit money from my debit card of my other bank, so i did just that. i deposited $300 on sunday 9/03/17. its two days afterwards and its still not there in my account. where is my money? thank you.

When a new account is opened online and the transfer option utilized, it can take up to 3-5 business days for us to receive the funds. As Monday was holiday, it may delay this.
We'd be happy to take a look at your account and see if we can spot this transfer coming through. To send a secure message, log into your TD Bank online profile by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've successfully logged in, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side and select 'Send a secure message'. From your Mobile Banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu. We can generally respond within 24 hours or less.
