Thanks for joining us on TD Helps, Katie. We'd be happy to review pending transactions with you.
From your description, it sounds like your transactions were made using your TD Bank Visa Debit Card.
When selecting the "credit" portion or Visa side of your Debit Card, the transaction is put on a hold from your account and put into your pending file. While the authorized amount typically takes three to five business days to post to your account, the timing really depends on the merchant where you made a purchase. Please note, merchants have up to 180 days to post pending transactions; however, it is unusual for an item to exceed five business days. Occasionally, pending Debit Card amounts listed may not equal the amount of the actual transaction. When the transactions clear, the actual amount will be reflected in account history. This includes Debit Card purchases for gasoline.
For more detailed information on this, please click here: http://bit.ly/1kb17UQ. This link will take you directly to our "Personal Deposit Account Agreement;" please select page 12 for more information on the "Processing Orders for Payment Checks and other items" which includes Debit Card transactions, deposits, and checks.
If you have specific questions about your account and the transactions that are pending, we ask that you contact us directly. You may do so by dialing 888-751-9000, 24 hours a day 7 days a week or by visiting your nearest TD Store. For hours and locations to Stores near you please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope this helps, Katie, and have a good evening.

Hey Katie, we'd be happy to help.
As mentioned above, when selecting the "credit" portion or Visa side of your TD Debit Card, the transaction is put on a hold from your account and put into your pending file. Typically, gas stations will place a $1.00 hold on your account for authorization to withdraw the funds for the transaction you are making. After the full amount is debited from your account the $1.00 hold should be released. Please note that such transactions could take up to 3-5 business days to be debited for the full amount.
Should you have any other questions specifically regarding a transaction on your account; we invite you to connect with us 24/7 at 888-751-9000. After account verification, we'd be happy to help. You're also welcome to visit us during lobby hours for additional assistance here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope this helps. Have a great day!
