Thanks for asking your question here on TD Helps, Jennifer.
There may be some confusion if you're viewing your Credit Card via Online Banking by visiting tdbank.com. When using tdbank.com to view your Credit Card, it may not be as up to date with payment information as tdcardservices.com. If you are not currently enrolled for tdcardservices.com, please feel free to do so here: http://bit.ly/1mZCFef.
Please understand, it is important to know when your Credit Card statement ends to help prevent confusion. You may find the statement date on the top right corner below your name and account number. When you're online, whether using tdbank.com or tdcardservices.com, the due date does not change until the statement closing date. For example, if you made your payment on the February 23rd, but the due date is March 15th, you will not see the website(s) update until March 16th. On March 16th or after, you may then make a payment for the next due date. If you make two payments prior to the same due date, both payments will apply to the due date specified online. To make a payment for the following due dates, it is important to wait for the statement to close.
Please know that we would like to assist you directly; unfortunately, we do not have access to your personal information since this is considered an unsecured forum. Hope this helps and have a nice evening.
