This is the first time this has happened to me. The capital one credit card is saying that the card is paid off. Meanwhile, the TD bank account that is linked to my credit card is showing no history of a deduction in amount paid. I paid off my credit card on September 1st. Help!

Depending on where you're looking, you may not be able to see it yet. If you're looking at your credit card account through TD Bank Online Banking, please know that current payment or transaction information may not appear until the next statement is generated.
If you haven't done so already, we recommend enrolling your card online with TD Card Services. With TD Card Services you'll have enhanced access to your TD Bank credit card, such as to view detailed statements, request paperless statements, pay on-line, and view current transactions.
To start, click here: http://bit.ly/28LTtn1 to log into TD Card Services. If you're enrolling for the first time, please click here: http://bit.ly/28IBsq6. You'll need to enter your card information as well as some personal info. Once you've set up your username, password, security questions, you should be all set!
Once logged in, look over your recent transactions and recent statement for the balance transfer you just completed. If you still don't see it, please give us a call. We'd be happy to look into it for you.
