I used a Visa td card and also a mastercard .

Based on your question, it sounds like you've used a TD Gift Card to attempt the purchase in question. To better assist you, we ask that you contact our Gift Card Specialists 24/7 at (888) 294-2249. In regards to your MasterCard, we recommend reaching out to their Customer Service in regards to your concerns.
If the transaction was made on a TD Bank Visa Debit Card, then we recommend reaching out to one of our dedicated Banking Specialists anytime 24/7. We can be reached at 888-751-9000 and look into this further for you. Or, if it was a TD Credit Card that was used to place your order, our TD Card Services Specialists can also be reached 24/7 at 888-561-8861. We'd be happy to discuss your options in more detail with you if you are able to reach out to us directly.
If there is currently a hold on your card due to this transaction, we recommend you informing the merchant to send us a fax to release the hold. In order to do so, they'll need to send a fax to 856-533-1138.
When you do so, please include the following:
- Merchant’s letterhead authorizing TD Bank to remove the Authorization - Your full card number - Your full name - Exact date and amount of authorization to be released. After you do so, the release can take up to 24 hours.
