I purchased a mattres and signed for the credit from renovate but have recieved no information as to where when or how to pay, the book says its a TD BANK AND WAS HOPING YOU COULD HELP.

We apologize that you haven't yet received any information on payments for your purchase, and while we're always happy to help with any questions or concerns, based on the information you have provided, it sounds as though you are looking to speak with our partner, TD Retail Card Service.
Currently, TD Retail Card Services monitor and finance purchases that may have been made with a merchant's credit card, and even though we both share the same TD shield, unfortunately, we are different entities.
