I tried to use my TD card at a local AtM it said it was not authorized. I'm concerned that the teller in DC did not enter the travel authorization into the system. I'm pretty angry at the moment. I tried calling the tD numbers on my card but was on hold for too long (at $1 a minute). can you advise please? Jacqueline Please see above.

Since you experienced a recent decline while attempting to use your card abroad, we apologize, and recommend that you contact a Banking Specialist 24/7 from outside the US at 856-751-9000 or, you can call us collect from outside the U.S. and Canada via a landline at 1-215-569-0518.
If your account is enrolled in Online Banking, you're also able to send a Secured Message regarding your debit card to one of our Banking Specialists, who can assist you via message. Please log in at http://bit.ly/1eaISlq, click the Customer Service tab and use the Send a Message link with your request. Please note that we would like to assist you directly here; however, we do not have access to your personal information since this is considered an unsecured forum.
