Good morning, Isarapong.
Welcome to TD Helps.
Based on the information you have provided, it sounds as though your debit card may have been confiscated. If this is the case, we'll be more than happy to help.
In order to obtain a new card, you have a couple options, and we invite you to choose whichever option may be the most convenient for you.
The first and most convenient way to obtain a new card is to visit your nearest TD Store location, during lobby hours. By doing so, one of our Customer Service Representatives will be happy to create an instant issue debit card for you. You'll leave the Store with a card in your hand that same day! Feel free to use the link here: http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR to find your nearest TD Store location.
If you're unable to visit a TD Store location, that's okay, as you can call and speak with a Banking Specialist, 24/7, at 1-888-751-9000, or you may also send us a secure message. To send a secure message, you will first want to log into your TD Bank online profile by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've successfully logged in, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side and select 'Send a secure message'.
If you have downloaded our mobile banking app for your smartphone, you may also use this method to send a secure message. From your Mobile Banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu. We generally respond within 24 hours or less.
Should you decide to send a secure message with your request for a new debit card, please be sure to provide you address in your response, as we will need to verify this information before we can have your card mailed.
In addition, regardless of whether you decide to call or send a secure message to a Specialist, your debit card should arrive at your address in a discreet, white envelope within 7-10 business days.
We hope this helps, Isarapong, and we look forward to hearing from you soon. Take care.
