Welcome to TD Helps, Jacqueline. We are excited that you have come here with your question!
We would like to inform you that routing numbers are based upon the TD location where you originally opened your account. For a list of our current routing numbers please check out: http://bit.ly/1cmRPoF. If you are not certain which TD location you opened your account at, we invite to give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000. Our Banking Specialist would be more than happy to confirm the routing number with you. You may also visit us at any TD Store for this information. Please check here http://bit.ly/TDStores for Store locations and hours near you.
We would also like to let you know that here at TD Bank; we offer free online Bill Pay service.
If you are already enrolled for our Online Banking, you may first log into your Online Banking account by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq . Then you will have to select the "Bill Pay" tab. You will then be asked to accept the Bill Pay user agreement. Once accepted, you can then immediately begin scheduling your bills! We invite you to take a look at our Bill Pay FAQs by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1gWIrp7.
If you are not currently enrolled for Online Banking and wish to enroll for your personal accounts, you may use our self-service option by visiting http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to begin the enrollment process. In order to do so, you will need your account number, TD Bank ATM/Debit Card, your Social Security Number and your email address. Once at the page, please select "Personal" from the drop down box. When you select continue, you will have to read and accept the Online Banking Service Agreement. Then you will be asked to enter your personal information including the items mentioned earlier and to create a user name and password. Finally you will be asked to create three security questions. When you finish the enrollment process, you will have immediate access to your account(s).
If you do not have the required information to set up for Online Banking or have any other questions or concerns about Bill Pay, you may contact us 24/7 at 1-800-493-7562 to speak with a Digital Banking Specialist. Upon proper account verification, we would be happy to answer any questions you may have regarding Online Banking.
Since you've mentioned that you ran out of checks, you'll be happy to know that there are many ways to order them! If you do decide to complete the enrollment process mentioned above or if you are already signed up, you may order checks online by completing the following steps:
-Log into Online Banking by clicking: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq
-Click on the ''Customer Service tab''
-Under ''Self Service'' section click on ''Order Checks''
You may also give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000 to place an order with our Customer Service Representatives and as always you may visit a TD Store during lobby hours to place an order. Please keep in mind, if you do not currently use online banking and have never ordered checks with TD Bank before you will have to either call us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or visit a TD Bank Store to place your first order, for security purposes. After your order is submitted, it will take 7-10 business days to arrive to the mailing address on file.
We hope the information provided help. Let us know if you have any further questions. Have a great one.
