Welcome to TD Helps, Mandi. We would be happy to help.
Since you've mentioned you ran out of checks, you'll be happy to know that there are many ways to order them! If you are currently utilizing TD Online Banking, you may order checks by completing the following steps:
-Log into Online Banking by clicking: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq
-Click on the ''Customer Service tab''
-Under ''Self Service'' section click on ''Order Checks''
You may also give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000 to place an order with our Customer Service Representatives and as always you may visit a TD Store during lobby hours to place an order. Please keep in mind, if you do not currently use Online Banking, you will have to either call us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or visit a TD Bank Store to place your first order, for security purposes. After your order is submitted, it will take 7-10 business days to arrive to the mailing address on file. You may also request to have your check order delivered to your Home Store.
We understand the importance of making payments on time. Since you do not have any checks currently and need to make some payments right away, you may obtain a few temporary checks by visiting your local TD Bank Store. To find out TD Store locations near you, please visit, http://bit.ly/TDStores.
