Received a call saying I need to cal about some documents I received from TD about the 5 year renewal of our HELOC. I do not have the documents and I thought it was a 10 year line.

It's good to hear from you this morning, Jody, and we appreciate you coming to TD Helps for assistance.
We'll be more than happy to provide you with some peace of mind, and answer any questions or concerns you may have.
Here at TD Bank, we do offer Home Equity Lines of Credit, and some, depending on the HELOC that was approved, may be reviewed after five years, even if the loan agreement may have been for a longer time. While we appreciate your diligence with protecting your accounts and personal information, we'd still like to recommend that you connect with us directly so that we may confirm whether the phone call you received was legitimate.
To connect with us, you're welcome to call 1-800-937-5020 to speak with a Financial Solutions Group Specialist. For your convenience, they're here to help 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and after dialing, to reach the correct Specialist, you may select option 1, followed by option 2. If you'd prefer, you may also visit your nearest TD Store location to speak with a Customer Service Representative, during lobby hours. To take a look at Store locations and their hours, please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
We hope this provides you with some peace of mind, Jody.
Thanks again for stopping by TD Helps, and have a good day.
