Since you have stated that what you have received in the mail is a letter, and not something that you received by e-mail, for a faster, more convenient solution to your concerns, we recommend visiting your nearest TD Store location with the letter you received. Once there, you may sit and speak with a Customer Service Representative, who will be more than happy to take a look at this letter for you.
