inheritance left by a bank customer who died without a beneficiary. It was not on letterhead, no return address on the envelope nor was there any way to reach this person except via email. Is this a scam? I received a letter today from a Mr. Williams Wagoner, claiming to be an account manager at TD Bank Canada who wanted us to claim an inheritance left by a bank customer who died without a beneficiary. It was not on letterhead, no return address on the envelope nor was there any way to reach this person except via email. Is this a scam?
