Welcome to TD Helps, Sandy. We'll be glad to help you reach a Specialist.
You can connect with a Specialist from TD Bank in a variety of ways. The easiest is to call us 24/7 at 888-751-9000.
If you are enrolled for online access, you can send a secure message. To send a secure message using Online Banking, please sign in here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq and select 'Send a secure message' located in the 'Message Center' on the left hand side of the page. For Mobile Banking, select the option to 'Contact Us' followed by 'Send a secure message' after signing in.
If you haven't enrolled yet, you can do so at any time here: https://go.td.com/1lU2qfY. Keep in mind that you will need your account number, ATM/debit card, Social Security Number and email address.
We also notice that you're writing to us from Canada. If you're referring to your account with TD Canada Trust, we ask that you connect with them directly by choosing a contact option here: https://go.td.com/1woOVay.
We hope to hear from you soon, Sandy. Enjoy your day.
