how can I get past the login page to where I can change my password?

Great having you and we apologize for any confusion with your temporary password.
To reset this info, you can log in normally here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Please enter your user name as well as your temporary password. This should automatically provide you with the option to update your password on the next screen. Kindly note that you'll need to use our full website, rather than our mobile app, to complete this update.
If not, once you've accessed your accounts and are logged in, please click on the Customer Service tab on the top right. Then you can use the "Change Password" link to update this information.
