Thanks for getting in touch, Felicia! Great having you here on TD Helps and we'll be glad to discuss your cards with you.
Depending on the types of accounts you have with us, it's possible that you may have more than one Debit or ATM card. For example, we may have provided you with a Visa Debit card for your checking account and a separate ATM card for a savings. You're able to have one card per account, for accounts which are eligible to have a card.
To check in to this for you in more detail, we invite you to give one of our dedicated Banking Specialists a call. For your convenience, we are available 24/7 at 888-751-9000 and we can review your Debit/ATM cards during your call and let you know which accounts they apply to. Please keep in mind that we aren't able to offer more than one card for any account and if a duplicate exists, we'll close one out for you.
You're also welcome to send us a Secure Message for more information about your cards. To do so, please log in at http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Once you have done so, locate the Customer Service tab at the top right, and then click on Send a Message. Please submit your inquiry and a friendly Representative will respond shortly.
Or, if you'll be nearby one of our Stores, feel free to stop in during our extended lobby hours. If you click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores, you can find the TD Bank Store and lobby hours nearest you.
Hope this clears it up for you, Felicia! All the best and we look forward to talking with you again soon!
