an email from TD Bank by 11/4 with instructions as to sending my bank info in order to receive this money. I have not yet received the email from TD Bank asking me for my bank information. Is is possible the email will come after today (11/4) even though the TD Bank confirmation said I would receive it today? She had instructed TD Bank to send me $47 by email and then I was supposed to receive an email from TD Bank with instructions as to my banking info to send this $47 amount. She had given TD Bank my email to send this email but as of this inquiry, I have not received anything from TD Bank.

Welcome to TD Helps, Linda! We understand your concerns and apologize for any trouble you've had with a transfer. We're here to help.
From your description, it sounds as though your friend was sending funds to you using our Popmoney transfer service.
If you are expecting a payment from someone via Popmoney, typically you’ll be alerted of the payment via text message or e-mail. If you haven't received this message yet, we'd recommend checking your spam or junk mail folder to see if it was sent there. If you still can't locate it, the sender can contact one of our dedicated Specialists directly at 800-493-7562, 24/7 to have the email sent to you another time.
Please keep in mind that the payment expires 10 days after it was sent, so be sure to accept and deposit the funds as soon as possible.
We hope this helps you today, Linda! Thanks again for your question, take care.
