As this is pertaining to your account specifically, we recommend reaching out to our IRA Department directly for assistance. You are able to call our IRA Department at 800-231-8193, Option 4 available Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 6:00 pm EST, and Saturdays, 9:00 am - 1:30 pm EST.
