or am I being scammed? It requests my Social Security number and I feel that TD Bank would already have that on file. Legitimate institutions usually don't request that informatio through the mail. The address on the letter is PO Box 1377, Lewiston, ME 04243 and references Heidi as the contact. Please verify the authenticity of the request. Thank you.
