Accidents happen, don't worry because we got you covered! Feel free to give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or visit us at any TD Bank location during lobby hours to request a new debit card. Our Banking Specialists can close the lost card and issue you a new one. If you choose to visit us at a Store, you can leave with a new debit card within minutes! If you call us or send us a secured message, we can mail you a new debit card within 7-10 business days.

If you have any trouble signing up, please contact our Banking Specialists, 24/7 at the telephone number listed above. To send a secured message, please sign into your account and select "Send a message"; which is located underneath the Message Center on the left hand side of the page.
Please note that the new debit card would come in a plain white envelope.
