We understand your concern, Elizabeth and we'll be sure to point you in the right direction.
TD Bank 1099-INT forms were generated and mailed by January 31, 2015. Please keep in mind that the forms can take 7-10 business days to arrive to your address. The 1099-INT forms are sent out for accounts that have earned $10.00 or greater in the previous year for deposit accounts. This being mentioned, if you think that you should have received a 1099-INT form for your account, we ask that you contact us directly for assistance.
You can contact us from outside of the U.S. 24/7 by dialing 856-751-9000 via mobile telephone or calling us collect with an operator's assistance from a land line phone by asking the operator to dial 215-569-0518. Our Representatives will be happy to request a form for you or confirm that a form was sent.
You may also send us a Secure Message to determine if you should receive a form or request one. To send a Secure Message instead, you must first be enrolled in Online Banking and to start the process please visit here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Keep in mind that you will need your account number, ATM/Visa Debit Card number and email address. Once enrolled, you may send a secure message by selecting "Send a secure message" located on the left hand side of the page, beneath "Message Center." In your message, please be sure to include the account numbers, your current address and the reason you're requesting a copy (i.e. lost other copy, did not receive original).
