I recently discovered I am a victim of identity theft. This person is opening accounts in my name. TD Bank was listed on my credit report as a hard inquiry. I don't even live near a TD bank let alone try to open at account. Who do I call regarding this fraudulent inquiry?

The Federal Trade Commission provides this page: https://bit.ly/1NRNgk3 which lists the steps you'll want to take to dispute this error. First, you'll want to report the incorrect info to the credit reporting company and information on how to do this is given there.
