If this transaction is still currently pending, you may request to have the funds released. The vendor would need to fax a letter to us on their letterhead to the attention of Fulfillment at 1-856-533-1138. They need to include the following:
1. Date of authorization
2. Your full debit card number
3. The exact amount debited
4. A brief statement from a representative expressing that they authorize the hold to be released.
However, if the transaction has already been posted to your account, we recommend contacting the merchant directly to request a stop or cancellation.
Additionally, if the pending transaction is unauthorized, we ask that you contact us immediately for further assistance. You may also stop by and visit us during lobby hours at any local TD Store. To take a look at TD Stores near you and their hours please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
