Hi Elfriede, welcome to the community.
We do offer the option to change your address and phone number via Online Banking. Please note this option is only available if you have enrolled for Online Banking longer than 30 days and currently have personal accounts with TD Bank or business accounts with only one signer on the accounts and the accounts are opened longer than 30 days. To make this change please click here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Once you're logged in, on the right hand side of the page please click on the Customer Service tab and then select Change Address, Phone, E-Mail Address.
If you're not enrolled in Online Banking and would like to sign up, you will need your account number, debit card number and Social Security number to get started. You may use the self-service feature here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY.
If you're not able to change the requested information online, we invite you to contact our Banking Specialists 24/7 at 888-751-9000 and after account verification we'll be more than happy to request this change for you.
