However, I cannot find the account anywhere and it says it is a pending charge in my checking account. Can you tell me why the accounts are not linked and where I can view my balance of my Savings account?

Welcome to TD Helps, Lindsay. We're sorry you're having difficulties viewing your savings account, and we are happy to point you in the right direction.
If you've recently opened a new savings account with us, these are generally able to view online 1-2 business days after opening. Even if it’s not a new account, some account types are not automatically displayed Online Banking.
If you're not yet able to view your account and this time frame has passed, usually we can fix this issue quickly and easily for you. If this is the case, please contact us directly so that we can add the account to your online view. We can be reached 24/7 at 888-751-9000.
As for the pending charge on your account, please understand that although we would like to assist you directly, we do not have access to your personal information since this is considered an unsecured forum.
If you prefer to stop in, you're welcome at any nearby TD Bank Store location where a Representative can also assist you. Please see http://bit.ly/TDStores for your closest Store and lobby hours. You can also give us a call 24/7 at the above mentioned number.
Thanks for stopping by, Lindsay. Have a nice day.
