If your other accounts are personal checking accounts, we do have options available to link your personal and business accounts so that they can be viewed under the same Online Banking profile. If you're the only signer on the business account and you're looking to link it to your personal Online Banking profile, you may give us a call 24/7 at 800-493-7562 to have the accounts linked. You're also welcome to visit any TD Bank location for further assistance. Please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores for hours and locations.
If your business account has multiple signers and you're looking to link it to your personal Online Banking, we will require the request in writing. You may fax the request to us at 856-533-7647. Please include the following message:
[Your Name] would like to view account [Business Account Number] online with their personal account [Personal Account Number].
Please make sure that the request is signed by all Authorized Signers on the business account. If you are unable to fax us this letter directly, you may complete it by visiting a TD Bank Store. Please note: the request will be completed within 24-48 hours.
If you'd rather have your personal account linked to your BusinessDirect profile, please visit us at any TD Bank location and a Customer Service Representative will be able to complete that request for you.
