We apologize if you are having any trouble logging in right now. If you're fairly certain that your user name is your email address, then the issue might be with your password. We can offer you the option of resetting your password from your home computer, if you know your user name and have a Social Security number.
To give that a try, you can start here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Then, please click the Forgot your password? link located below the password field. After entering your user name and the last four digits of your Social Security number, you'll be asked to answer two of the security questions you previously set up. If you can successfully complete these steps, you'll be able to update your password. Once that is complete, feel free to return to the home page and try your login again.
