Thank you for joining us on TD Helps, Doug. We'd be happy to help you today.
We understand that you’ve recently opened your TD account; however, if you have received a statement for your account, your account number will be located at the top right corner of the page. Also, if you've received checks, your account number would be the second set of numbers located on the bottom of the check. For more information, please view: http://bit.ly/1qH2i2K.
Another way to view your account number is via Online Banking. If you're already enrolled, once you log in please click on the "Accounts" tab of your Online Banking homepage to see your account number(s). If you're not enrolled yet, please call us at 888-751-9000, 24/7 and we can help you get set up. If you are unable to verify your account or if you prefer to sit with a Representative, you may also visit us during lobby hours at a TD Store. Please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a TD Store location near you. While you're there and verified with your valid photo ID, a Representative will also be able to provide you with your account number. Please understand that the security of your account information is extremely important to us; which is why we do not provide account numbers via TD Helps, email or over the phone.
We hope this helps, Doug, and have an awesome weekend!
