I recently purchased postage stamps from a nonTD ATM and was charged a $3.00 fee. Is that correct?

Thanks for contacting TD Helps today, Karen. We'll be happy to point you in the right direction.
Please understand that as TD Helps is not considered a secure forum, we are unable to discuss account specific information. However; typically, each withdrawal, transfer, and balance inquiry made by a Retail Customer at an ATM not owned by TD is subject to a $3.00 fee. This fee is charged by TD Bank the same day the transaction is made. The owner of the machine or network may also assess a fee at the time of your transaction, including a fee for balance inquiries, in addition to any fees assessed by TD Bank.
We'd like to take this opportunity to let you know that we offer some accounts in which non-TD Bank ATM fees would be waived, and we may reimburse you for fees charged by the owner of the non-TD Bank ATM. Please look here https://go.td.com/1cTejgt for fee information and the types of accounts needed to avoid a non-TD ATM fee, as well as https://go.td.com/1kb17UQ for more information on what type of fees to expect.
We hope this helps, Karen, and please enjoy the rest of your day.
Customer Service Team, Mount Laurel
