encountered this problem and is there anything I can do? TD Bank's customer service is so much better than what I am experiencing with Quicken.

TD Bank Online supports a direct connection to versions of Quicken 2011 or newer and QuickBooks for Windows 2011 and newer. This applies to both Personal and Business accounts.
