Thanks for joining us here this morning, Daniel. We are spry to hear about your online banking difficulties and would be glad to help.
For help with setting up your TD Online Banking, we invite you to connect with our Banking Specialists who are available 24/7. To connect with us from outside the US, please dial 856-751-9000 or 215-569-0518 via landline with an Operator's assistance. After account verification, we'd be more than happy to help!
You also mentioned you were looking to transfer funds from your TD account to an account you currently have in the UK. We do apologize, however at this moment; you may only send funds between your TD accounts to an account you have with a different Financial Institution within the US.
If you have a TD Debit card handy, you have the option of withdrawing funds at any ATM machine that displays either the VISA or PLUS logo. The TD Bank Debit Card may also be used to obtain a VISA Cash Advance if a compatible ATM is not available. Also keep in mind that fees may apply for ATM withdrawals, and see our current Fee Schedule at http://bit.ly/1cTejgt to check it out.
Additionally, if you have your checkbook available, you may also want to write a check and deposit the check into the account you have in the UK.
You may also want to connect with your Financial Institution located in the UK for any other options they may have to offer.
We hope this helps and please let us know if you need anything else. Have a good day.
