I redeemed my cash back rewards for direct deposit, but I don't even see it pending in my bank account (Santander). It's been more than 5 days.

We recommend contacting our 24/7 TD Card Services directly at 1-888-561-8861. After proper verification, a Specialist will be glad to check the status of your refund to your bank account. We recommend also reaching out to your financial institution directly to also inquire about any pending direct deposits.
