We're sorry to hear that you haven’t received your refund yet, and we'll be more than happy to help.
If the merchant you made your return with promised you a refund, and you still have not received it, we'd first like to recommend that you connect with that merchant directly for further assistance and more information on when you should expect to receive the credit to your account. Typically speaking, refunds may take anywhere from 7-10 business days to be credited to your account, and this will depend on the merchant.
If you'd like, you're also welcome to connect with us directly, and we'll be happy to review your account with you. As a friendly reminder, if the merchant has not sent the refund to be credited to your account, we may not be able to further assist, and would ask that you connect with the merchant.
Please know that while we would like to assist you directly, TD Helps is not considered a secure forum of contact, and because of this, we do not have access to your account or personal information. However, you're more than welcome to connect with us in whichever method is the most convenient for you.
First, you can call and speak with a Banking Specialist, 24/7, at 1-888-751-9000, or you can visit your nearest TD Store location, during lobby hours, to speak with a Customer Service Representative. To take a look at Store locations and their hours, please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
Finally, if you currently have access to your Online Banking, you may also send us a Secure Message. To send a secure message, you will first want to log into your TD Bank online profile by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've successfully logged in, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side and select 'Send a secure message'.
If you have downloaded our mobile banking app for your smartphone, you may also use this method to send a secure message. From your Mobile Banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu. We generally respond within 24 hours or less.
